Celebration of the Oak – Hilltop Baton Rouge

We invite you to Hilltop Arboretum’s “Celebration of the Oak” on Sunday, December 8, 2024, from 1-4 pm.
Learn about the history and rich ecology of native oak trees. Hear from experts on how to care for these treasured oaks, including tips for planting and maintaining oaks of your own.
Tree saplings, books, and tree guides will be available for purchase. Small bites, beverages and spirits included with each registration.
Bring the kids! Activities and crafts will be provided for children. Children under 12 enter for free.
